1. Plans and fees

Launch is A$95 + GST per month and Elevate is A$400 + GST per month, billed monthly in advance. A one-off set-up fee of A$800 + GST applies to both plans and covers onboarding. The optional Launch website is A$1,000 + GST one-off. Add-ons are billed monthly at the prices shown on the pricing page when you add them.

2. Usage billed on top

SMS, calls, phone numbers, AI chatbot and voice usage, and email above plan limits are not included in the plan fee. They are charged at usage rates from a prepaid wallet in your account, which tops up automatically when the balance runs low. You receive a monthly usage summary. If a top-up fails, we will contact you so messaging does not stop without warning.

3. Term and notice

Plans are month to month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. There is no minimum term.

4. Onboarding and go-live

We aim to have you live within 7 working days of receiving your complete onboarding details. The 7 days start when all required onboarding information has been provided.

5. Work outside your plan

Custom pages, workflows or design changes outside your plan are quoted and agreed with you before work starts. Paid advertising spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platform.

6. AI assistant and service advice

The AI assistant answers only from the knowledge base you approve. You are responsible for the accuracy of that content and for all pest management, chemical, health and safety advice given to your customers. Service advice remains your responsibility as the licensed operator. The assistant is set up to refer anything outside your approved content to a licensed technician.

7. Compliance records

LYD Pest Control helps you keep inspection dates, pesticide use records and documents. It does not write or certify AS 3660.2 or AS 4349.3 inspection reports, and your licensed technicians remain responsible for their findings and for meeting your state's licensing and record-keeping rules.

8. Messaging rules

You agree to send marketing messages only to customers who have consented, and to include an opt-out in every marketing message, as required by the Spam Act 2003. We register your business name as an SMS sender ID using your ABN.

9. Your data

You own your customer data. If you leave, we provide a full export of your contacts, properties, jobs and invoices within 30 days. Your website content is handed over to you.

10. Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
